Do you provide the minicab or taxi with vehicle sharing policy?

No, we are professionals and private hire service so you need not to share your vehicle with anyone, until unless you are travelling in a group.

For my airport pick-up, how would I meet my driver?

We provide meet & greet service to all customers for their airport pick-up as the driver will wait at the meeting point in the arrivals terminal with the name board in his hands. In case, you are unable to find the driver you can call us at our provided number.

How long will the driver wait for me for my airport transfer?

For almost 45 minutes after the flight landing, the driver will wait for you without any excess in charges.

If in case my flight gets delay, would I have to pay for the delay?

We are professional and we have flight monitoring system with us, so we will track your flight for you in any early or delay landing. You need not to pay if in case you flight gets delay.

When travelling with kids if I need the baby seat, do you provide any?

Yes, we have the policy of providing the baby seat when required. You just have to let us know when booking.

Do the driver’s gratuity is included in the fare you offer?

No, driver’s gratuity is exclusive, it is the only decision of client. It is not mandatory at all.
